Background: MS is a progressive neurological disorder that between the ages of 40-20 years of age, in women occurs twice that of men.

Methods: In this clinical trial, 90 patients referred to hospitals in Ardabil, to randomly into two groups of 45 people to control and separation of Shdndabtda an initial test before the training of both groups were then in 6 sessions each

Results: The analysis of demographic data show a significant difference between the two groups, there is also before the intervention, no significant difference in terms) Statistics in both groups does not exist (p = 0/7 )) but in relation to the second goal of the intervention group compared to the control group there were significant differences = (0001/0) p

Conclusion: By comparing the performance of the patients showed that patients' self-care education on improving its performance. MS patients' functional training based on the real needs of patients could be an effective step in reducing health care costs, reduce the length of hospitalization and self-sufficiency patients.
