The Paired t -test results indicate that knowledge scores increased after the training in intervention group 's training (P<0.001,t=6.9) But this difference was not observed in the control group (P=0.64). Kendall test results indicate the intervention group during the intervention period were positive significant progress in stage of change (p=0.001).

Conclusion: According to the results, this study had shown the effectiveness of structure of stage of change to training Breast self-examination, it seems to improve women's health this model can be used as a framework for designing educational programs .
