مقدمه: تکنسین‌های فوریت‌های پزشکی به‌دلیل مواجهه با شرایط اورژانسی بیشتر در معرض خشونت قرار می‌گیرند. به‌دلیل تأثیرات جسمی و روانی مخرب اعمال خشونت، بررسی فراوانی نوع خشونت محل کار و عوامل مؤثر بر آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین فراوانی نوع خشونت محل کار علیه تکنسین‌های فوریت‌های پزشکی استان همدان و ارتباط آن با متغیرهای دموگرافیک انجام شد.
روش‌کار: مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی حاضر در سال ۱۳۹۷ به بررسی ۱۳۷ تکنسین فوریت‌های پزشکی استان همدان به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای-نسبتی پرداخته است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز به کمک پرسشنامه استاندارد خشونت محل IL، WHO و ICN با روش خوداظهاری صورت گرفته است و داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری، با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۱۶ تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند.
یافته‌ها: انواع خشونت‌ها شامل خشونت روانی (۷۲/۲ درصد)، خشونت فیزیکی (۶/۲۲ درصد)، آزار یا اذیت نژادی و مذهبی (۴/۵ درصد) و آزار یا اذیت جنسی (۷ درصد) بود. در ۴۸/۱ درصد از موارد خشونت، تکنسین‌ها فرد مقابل را به آرامش دعوت کرده بودند. بین وضعیت کارکردن و بروز خشونت ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (۰/۰۵>P). وضعیت تأهل، مقطع تحصیلی، وضعیت استخدام، نوع شیفت کاری، اشتغال هم‌زمان به کار دیگر، برخورد مستقیم با بیماران، مصرف دارو و ابتلا به بیماری خاص، شرکت در دوره آموزشی، تجربه بحران شخصی طی شش ماه اخیر در خانواده و سن و جنسیت بیماران ارتباطی با خشونت محل کار نداشت (۰/۰۵<P).
نتیجه گیری: شیوع خشونت علیه کارکنان به‌ویژه نوع روانی آن بالاست؛ بنابراین برنامه‌ریزان باید با شناسایی عوامل زمینه‌ای مؤثر، برای پیشگیری از خشونت‌های مذکور اقدام کنند.
