Introduction: The Adolescents than any other group need to have a healthy nutrition education. In present study, the effect Education Based on Health Belief  Model on Nutrition Behavior of Boys Secondary Schools investigated.
Materials and Methods: This two group’s pre&posttest quasi experimental study carried on 120 of Boys Secondary Schools in Hamadan. A randomized cluster sampling method was used in the first stage and in the second stage was randomized.. At fist both groups completed a questionnaire which based on Health Belief  Model Then for the intervention group, Instructions were given in three sessions (45 min) on the basis of BASNEF model. Two months later, data was collected via questionnaires and a mother performance questionnaire in two groups again. Data were analyzed by SPSS/16 software .
Results: After the intervention mean scores of Health Belief  Model structures Except for the perceived barriers and the average nutritional behavior in the experimental group was more than the control group. In the area of perceived barriers, the mean scores increase of the control group. Statistical tests showed significant differences between all the domains of the model except perceived severity (P <0.05)
Conclusion: According to the result of this study, Health Belief  MODEL on Nutrition Behavior; Since the mean scores increased on the basis of model structures (except barriers) after training so we suggest health education programs instead of applying traditional instructions.
