✅ According to the results of this study, it can be said that family-centered empowerment can be used as a low cost and easy way to improve the quality of life of hemophilia patients by nurses.

✅ Telephone counseling together with telephone follow-up reduces pain in patients with multiple sclerosis and improves patient health. Therefore, counseling with telephone follow up is recommended in reducing pain intensity of patients.

 Women's attitudes toward "children as a pillar of life" have become positive after counseling. It is recommended to hold counseling sessions about the position of the child in life in different age groups, educational levels and at all levels of society.

✅ Regarding the effect of spiritual care on improving the quality of sleep, it is suggested that nurses and health care providers pay attention to the spiritual needs of patients and use spiritual care as a safe and cost effective way to improve patients' sleep.
